Terms andconditions ofwebsite use.
These terms govern your use of this website and the status of the information published on it. They do not replace the contract terms that apply to work we carry out for you.
Website operator: Nationwide Traffic Ltd, Oxfordshire. Contact: info@nationwidetraffic.co.uk or 01865 965 271.
1. About these terms
This website is operated by Nationwide Traffic Ltd. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You can contact us by email or on 01865 965 271.
2. Information on this site
The content on this site describes the services we provide and the standards we work to. It is general information, not advice for a specific scheme. Temporary traffic management arrangements depend on the road, the works, the highway authority's requirements and site conditions, and must be designed for the individual case.
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we may change content at any time without notice.
3. Estimates and quotations
Nothing on this site is a quotation or an offer to contract. Prices are not published here because they depend on road type, the arrangement required, equipment, duration, crew numbers, working hours and authority fees. Any figure we give you is provided in writing for a specific scheme, and is subject to the assumptions, exclusions and validity period stated in it.
Work is carried out under our contract terms for the engagement, which take precedence over anything on this website.
4. Enquiries you send us
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract or reserve crews, equipment or dates. A booking exists only when we confirm it in writing. Please make sure the information you send is accurate — an estimate based on incorrect road, duration or works detail will change once the correct position is known.
How we handle the personal data you send is set out in our privacy policy.
5. Accreditations and insurance
Accreditations, scheme registrations and insurance figures referred to on this site are those we hold at the time of publication, and can be evidenced on request before we attend site. Where we cannot verify a figure, we mark it Not Provided rather than publish an estimate.
6. Intellectual property
The content, layout, text and branding on this site belong to Nationwide Traffic Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use in considering our services. You may not copy, republish or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.
7. Third-party links and embeds
Where this site links to or embeds third-party content, such as the map on our contact page, we are not responsible for that content or those services, and their own terms apply.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may suspend, withdraw or change it without notice. If you need to reach us urgently, email info@nationwidetraffic.co.uk — emergency traffic management cover operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of this site.
